Turned Bolts
Turned Bolts are used to align and secure large components (reducers, rack segments, bearing housings, etc.) of movable bridges and other structures. Turned Bolts are custom made per the project and are not stocked by any manufacturer. Typical industry lead-times are 6 to 12 weeks for delivery.
Lemke realized this long lead-time is often in conflict with the reality of project schedules. There are many reasons a jobsite requires much faster delivery of Turned Bolts, including: The Turned Bolts were received and were not per specifications, the quantity was wrong, they were never ordered, they were lost, damaged, etc. Whatever the reason fast response is required.
