Lemke’s load testing capabilities are unique to the industry. We invite our customers to come to our facilities and witness their gate hoist being tested. We have the ability to perform “dynamic variable load testing”. What this means is the load on the gate hoist can be varied, increased or decreased while the hoist is operating. This ability replicates the real world conditions the hoist will ultimately experience in the field. All important features/characteristics of the hoist will be tested including: normal lift load, maximum lift load, lift speed, ability to hold the load (no creep), amp draw, and others as required.

Additionally the torque limits will be set to the actual load they are intended to trip at which is typically 10% – 20% over the normal lift load.
